paulus3476 Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 Hi all,After a couple of weeks I,ve managed to get v3.9 running pretty well-all sky encrypted channels including most HD channels streaming around my house -GREAT !!. However,I cannot find the history and nat geo HD channels, they should be at 12363,V,29500 but no matter how I scan for them they are never found,I,ve done 4 full scans, the last 2 at increments of 1 (4 hours +).Can anyone make any suggestions. ? Phylos Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 Same here. I'm using the Hauppauge HVR-4000 card. How about you? I can't get the Sports HD channels either. Moses Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 HVR-4000 (like Nova HD and Fire/FloppyDTV-S2) needs some more info than other DVB-S2 tuners in order to tune a channel. As far as I know it's Pilot symbols on/off and the "roll-off" parameter. You should try transedit from the member section and then try if something changes if you change those parameter for the specific transponders you want to scan. Have a look at the transedit manual, too: http://www.DVBViewer.com/griga/TransEdit%20E/Content.html Quote
Kart Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 I had the same problem and checked the Astra2 28,2 Transponderlist 0282.ini and found that 3 S2 Transponders had 28250 insteed 29500.Changed it to 29500 with Windows Editor and did a Channelscan on these Transponders. Now i have all S*YHD Channels.
