Interlaced lines with CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD7)?

Is is me or does CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD7) show interlaced in some non-HD fast action scenes? I do not see it if I replay the recorded video with Media Player Classic with DScaler and ffdshow. I would use them instead of PDVD7, but then my overlay fullscreen on my old CRT TV would not work (stupid NVIDIA).
