Can't get the channel scan to work with FloppyDtv

Hi I have just bught me a new computer that I'm going to set up as a HTPC. It is a Shuttle SG33G5M Bareborn chassie wita a Intel Dualcore Cpu. I have 2 Gb ram in it and a FloppyDtv/T tv card.

 

I use the latest DVBViewer but I cant get the card to find any channels in the channelscan. When I try to scan it says it scan transponders 60/61 and thats all. I have use this program in another computer and then it worked perfect.

 

There was a program with the floppyDtv/T that was cald fireDtv and that programs can find the channels and also can show them so I don't think there is something wrong with the tv card.

 

Anyone that could help me with my problems I have installed the DVBViewer 3 times now and it's the same.
