modify Button association on Windows MCE remote

when use the remote and I press some button

like that with the flag (run Windows media center ) or the Guide button or the registration button

they start Windows media center applications

I wanted to know if it is possible to associate the button only to DVBViewer

If you don't use your Windows media center, you can disable "ehtray*" from start up options. I do not know, if you can assign the keys only to DVBV if ehtray is active.

I tryed to disable "ehtray*"

I execute msconfig , then i'm gone in Startup setting and I renmoved flag to ehtray

then i Have restarted the computer

but when i push the guide button or the start button

the computer lounch windows media center

 

I have windows vista home premiun as SO

I also had the same problem, and i found out how to solve it.

 

All you need to do is to rename the "ehome" folder so something else like "ehomeold" and it should work
