Play music files error

I have bought and downloaded music from the Internet. When I try to play the music files through DVBViewer I got the following massage: Can not create Filter Graph, error 0xC00D2728 Unknown error. The files are in Wav-format, and I can play them on Windows Media Player. Are there some config problems?

I think I have discovered what the problem is. When you buy music on internet it´s often some protection built in. In this case I can only burn 10 CD´s from the downloaded file, but I can play the files unlimited. Since I can play the musicfiles with Windows Media Player it should be possible even to play them on the DVBViewer, can there be a bug here.

I don't think that we can call this a bug in DVBViewer. Try to play the file with Winamp, ZoomPlayer, you name it. If it works then Ok there's an issue. If it doesn't it's because you bought DRM protected music that can only be played back by Windows MediaPLayer. BTW you're talking about Wav file, this is highly unlikely. Aren't you talking about wma files?

 

Bottom line: Don't buy DRM protected music. A lot of stores are going to DRM free music.

If there is a protection build in, then they are not Wav files! Most probably they are WMA files and contain DRM (digital rights management) Information. DVBViewer doesn't support playback of such files.

 

Keep an eye on amazon or napster. They will start to sell unprotected MP3s.

I have the same problem with mp3 no having protection.

all my mp3 are playing good.

but i have the problem with my new mp3 that i have add in my music folder recently
