bjorf
The popups asking for user/pass and then closing the program for the user to restart it, are really annoying. Are they really supposed to pop up every 40 min? This is a program for watching television, turning your tv off and on every hour doesn't make any sense. What if the program acutally remembered that you just put in you user/pass an hour ago, and let you watch your favorite show in peace? That would be neat Or maybe it's just me... I'm using the latest DVBViewer, Hauppage HVR-900, Cyberlink H.264 and the lifbaad2 wrapper and the latest audio filter. And Vista Ultimate. Anyone else experiencing this? Quote Link to comment
Lars_MQ
Are they really supposed to pop up every 40 min? Yes if you are not able to enter your username/password correctly or using illegal data it is supposed to do that. Oh and with vista be really careful to install the viewer and enter your data correctly. Vista has the tendency of remembering user errors forever... Quote Link to comment
Moses
Yes, in Vista the best is to uninstall DVBViewer, delete the configuration folder and maybe even do a search for your password in the registry and delete all the folders it is in. Then reinstall (and be sure you type everything correct during setup). Everything else seems to fail ealier or later, no matter what you do.. Quote Link to comment
