Cannot login to members area

Received my email with confirmation of purchace and login detail to members area for download of DVBViewer Pro abut an hour ago

- but it seems the memberdetails have not been updated in the database yet (expected it to be since I received the email with logindetails)

 

Keep getting the:

» You must enter a valid login ID and password to access this resource

 

Any experience with how long I should expect to wait before I can log in for download ?

Do you get the Box to enter username and password (both are case sensitiv)?

Yes - I do - and I enter the login details (case sensitive) exactly as received in the email.

 

Tried both manual entering and copy/paste

 

After 3 unsucsesfull attempts i get the error message. :-(

I have no real idea.

If the problem still exist send a eMail to the address from this side:

So as to make sure, copy paste user name and pass. from e-mail to a notepad page, then try to copy-paste them from notepad to members log-in box.

But problem solved now - wrote Bernd an email - he fixed the login and now it works and I got DVBViewer downloaded and installed
