BBC HD issue 'No hardware found' and picture not maximised

I've just installed the pro viewer and have been having some small issues. I have done a scan and found the various channels, however, when I play one, the image is not maximised within the window. Also, when I try to view BBCHD channel, I get the error message 'No hardware found'. The BBC HD channel works in Firedtv viewer which I think is based on the same platform.

 

Any ideas?

I managed to fix the scaling issue by using the vista renderer.......

 

Also,

I have a firedtv card and ATI radeon HD3850 graphics card.

 

I think the problem is something to do with the channel mapping.

I have previously installed under MCE and have pointed to the transponder list for it (I think) by choosing terestrial
