Winlirc repeat delay doesnt work?

Problem appears on jump +xx/-xx command in which my remote is too slow to press button

several times: the "counter" always disappears and i end up with only +-10 secs at times

 

If i press the button down it scrolls the times over so fast thats it totally random which jump i get.

Repeat delay from winlirc settings seems to work only once (thus +10 > delay > +30..15min repeat really fast).

 

Is this intended or bug?
