keys
Hello, When i switch from 1 TV channel to an other TV channel or when starting DVBViewer (randomly) i have a black screen with DVBViewer : problem ! Sometimes about 20 seconds after the black screen DVBViewer crash and i need to reboot the pc as process DVBViewer.exe stays on memory, and it's impossible to kill it. If i switch to recorded video when black screen i've correct display & sound. That's why i imagine it's a problem of tuning transponders with my firedtv-s2 card ? If i install the BDA drivers of my firedtv no problem ! I fact i've installed the MCE drivers : provided by Digital everywhere compliant with DVBViewer that make my firedtv card visible as a DVB-T card). This allows to use MCE Vista for watching TV SD and DVBViewer for viewing TV HD. I don't want to install BDA drivers as if i install BDA driver MCE will not work. Any idea ? My config : - vista - Digital everywhere Firedtv-s2 - see also file attached Best regards Keys Edited March 14, 2008 by keys Quote Link to comment

Derrick
The link is that the screen remains black if the system can't build a working direct show graph. Decoders be changed in -> options -> directx I've just mentioned BDA cos you wrote > "I don't want to install BDA drivers as if i install BDA driver MCE will not work." Quote Link to comment
