dvb viewer volume do not work

hello i have DVBViewer 3.9.1 in windows vista

i use a imon remote

when i use the volume button on the remote it change the windows volume and work OK

then

when i use Left Right the arrow keys button on the remote it change the voloum barr on DVBViewer (it t shoh and change the lenght of the greeb barr)

but nothing happens the volume never change

it seems to me that a little of time agoe it change the volume really

what can in be
