Two DVB T Tuners, one has all channels the other only has BBC Freeview

I hope this is the correct forum for this query.

 

I have two tuners, one internal, one external.

 

Hauppauge Nova TD Stick Driver version 3.8.25297.0 (I hope that's correct, I got that from the device manager)

 

Philips SAA 713X Hybrid Capture Device Driver version 1.3.4.3 (also from the device manager)

 

Asus P5N-E SL1 1.XX motherboard

 

nVidia GeForce 8800 GTS Driver 7.15.0011.6925

 

When I scan for channels within DVBViewer the Hauppauge shows all the Freeview channels. When the Philips is being scanned the result show only 9 BBC Freeview channels. I have installed and uninstalled several time but it still only finds 9 channels.

 

I am on Vista 32 Home Premium. Vista Media Centre shows all the channels for both tuners without a problem.

 

I would prefer to use DVBViewer as it creates an .mpg file, any assistance would be much appreciated.
