DVBViewer crashes every first up-time then works fine

Thank you for the excellent tool. Saved my frustration with WinTV-CI and HVR-4000.

A point that requires attention is that the first time (after reboot) that I start-up DVBViewer 3.9.2 it crashes with the below Vista details. Immediately after, I re-open and then works great.
