I've tried DVBViewer to work with my new Pinnacle 7010ix tv tuner but while I was scanning the channels the program crashed. And since then my card is not working anymore and this whatever software I'm trying : The applications are crashing when trying to access the card which wasn't the case before.

 

What can I do to fix this ? Can I flash the firmware of my card or reset it ?

Have you tried restarting your PC? With some PCIe cards (seen this with several Philips SAA716x designs) it is necessary to shut down and then unplug from the wall for 30 seconds or so.
