3.9.4 fixed Chinese EPG but garbage filename

Thanks for 3.9.4 upgrade now Chinese EPG is fixed, like below

However, new problem comes out. %event in filename becomes garbage.

Version 4 also has this problem. However, if I enable the "Create Informatio File" option, the filename of the information file is correct (i.e. with proper Chinese characters). Only the filename of the .ts file contains invalid characters.
