S2 HD Channels Not Always Showing After Scan - Why ?

A while back after i bought DVBViewer, after i had done a channel scan, i noticed some channels were listed in Blue. I had never seen this before and then noticed they were S2 HD channels. Fine i thought. Recently after performing some scans i notice that sometimes they do show up and sometimes they do not, most often they do not.

 

Now how do i get them to show up, i have checked the satellite ini files and they have the correct transponders listed as S2. I have ticked "Is DVB S2 Device" in the hardware settings and applied it. Still the S2 channels don't show up. The scan always misses out the S2 frequencies.

 

I am using Vista 64 Bit and was wondering is there a registry setting i can check to see if the device is properly set to be a DVB-S2 device ? I have uninstalled and reinstalled DVBViewer and can't get these S2 channels to appear. I do a full scan to show encrypted channels as they are encrypted. (Astra 2 / Eurobird 1)
