Can't record if the event description is too long

I found that if the event description is too long, DVBViewer would said that fatal error, can't start recording.

For example: The event description likes "同一情懷、中國加油 慶祝香港特別行政區成立十一周年大會 (直" can't start recording until I removed some characters at the end.

And other bug I found that if I type the Chinese character in text field of event description of Timer setup window, the name of recording file is not the same as my entry. The invalid characters will be replaced by my entry.
