Wenn man mit der Maus über die Senderliste fährt erscheint für 5 sec ein Infofenster zur jeweils laufenden Sendung.

Die Zeit ist etwas kurz um alles lesen zu können.

Kann man die Einblendzeit irgendwo verlängern?

Das ist ein normales Info Fenster von Windows. Ob und wenn wo man die anzeige Zeit in Windows dafür ändern kann weiß ich leider nicht.
