Recuring Password Problem

Hi all, I have the same problem occuring again. I have un-installed DVBViewer and re-installed it several times. It now must be more that 15 times. It keeps asking me for my user name and password.

I know it is the correct one cause I did it letter by letter a lot of times and double checked. I have also downloaded some plug-ins during install so the password must be right.

 

Now everytime I want to record it asks for a password, it also asks for username and password after about 30 minutes of viewing. Why? I thought I fixed it when I uninstalled everything and did a reg clean, and yes I did delete all the data even from the program data folder. So please someone help me before I get frustrated with this piece of software...
