How to extract multiple selection in a video file?

for exmaple a 30mins H.264 video, i wanna cut the advertisement which is located in 15mins - 20mins in the video file, how to do so?

It seems that TSPlayer only support extract 1 selection at the same time, if so, how to combine to extraction into 1 video file later?....
