Nvidia 8600GT and Avermedia DVB-S 700 are installed in the PC. my problem is that whenever there is movement in the video such as : hand moving , soccer game, action video... the scences bocome blurry and quality drops down ! what might cause the problem ? is it the refresh rate of my Nvidia ? it fixed at 25 and cannot be changed ! Or may it the mpeg decoder ? I was using Cyberlinke SP and then switch to Avermedia decoder; the quality imporoved but still having blurry problem in the action videos ! Quote Link to comment
