Audio/video timeshift on HD channels

While watching HD channels using AC3Filter 1.5a and CoreAVC 1.7 I find that I need to have different amounts of timeshift (set in the AC3Filter System tab) to get the audio and video in synch, and on SD channels I have 0 timeshift.

Does anyone know how these timeshifts can be set automatically when I switch channels. At the moment I have to go into AC3Filter which is a real pain.

Thanks.

Just to clarify, this is the situation

SD channel ---------- 0ms timeshift

HD channel 1 ---- 140ms timeshift

HD channel 2 ---- 450ms timeshift

Do others have a similar situation also, if so how do you handle it?
