Oscar Liu
Dvdviewer is no doubt a great software for me to enjoy digital TV in Hong Kong. However, something really annoys me that I'm not sure whether it's the problem of the software itself or just that I don't know how to use it. I purchased the software a few days ago Online. A few times a day, the software asks me to input my email and password again and then it closes down. That's really annoying. Why it happens and how can I stop it? Thanks a lot for your assistance in advance. Oscar Quote Link to comment

Tjod
The reason for the problem is the Copy prevention. This happens normally when a illegal version was installed and not complete removed before installing a legal version. Uninstall the DVBViewer complete via Control Panel > Software including the configuration Folder. Than install the DVBViewer with the data witch you got by email as you bought the DVBViewer Pro.
