OSD Scroll Bar Popup

Hi,

 

I'd still like the Video Scroll Bar to be available in OSD mode. Having to use the incremental jump forward and back Hit and Miss game, lost its excitment shortly after buying DVBViewer.

 

It really shouldn't be hard, and I'm amazed that it's not done already.

 

So for anyone who cares:

 

Pressing a button on the remote should bring up a 'timeline' bar which can be scrolled right or left using arrow keys. This would allow must greater flexibilty in playing back movie / .TS files. Ideally a time counter would be displayed to show the position of the marker.

 

This is already implemented in Topfield products, and in TAP applications written for them. It's an essential feature.

 

The feature already exists in a windowed mode, it just needs to be implemented in the OSD
