Automatically start DVBViewer

Hi,

Just wanted to know if there was a way to automatically start DVBViewer when you want to record a program, usually DVBViewer has to be running before the EPG works.

Use the 'DVB Recording Service', an excellent tool for setting/recording programmes without DVBViewer needing to be open, just remember that once DVBViewer is started the service is stopped so when you close it down remember to start up the service - not hard to forget as an icon shows on the taskbar to tell you the status of the service

if you had install the RecordingService correctly there is a switch in the Plugins menu of DVBViewer. If you try this, the Service will be started after closing DVBViewer.

for this you can use the DVB Task Scheduler. You will find it in the Members Area -> http://www.DVBViewer.com/members/
