RF level missing for Pinnacle PCTV 200e

It seems that there is no level indicator when i select this device.

This device is installed on same pc with skystar hd device ( tt3200 s2) .

RF level indicator is correct on Skystar hd.

Progress bar is switching between 100% (no macro blocks) and 0% if signal is bad. Seem a quality indicator in this mode ..

This is a little strange. This card works correctly in Progdvb standard, and boths ( quality and level) indicates correct values.

Same error in 3.9.00 and 3.0.4.0 version of DvbviewerPro.

Other point: is it possible to switch off the power supply from Skystar Hd device when I'm playing a channel on DVB-T device ?
