Why is it that i cannot download latest pro version from members area

hi can anyone help out there - i want to download latest pro version but when i goto members area to login it will not accept password which i have changed now 3 times and know to be correct - any help appreciated - been trying to get an answer now for 3 days without success with the admin team getting frustrated as purchased this last year when it was very buggy - just wanted to give it another go - regards john

The password and username from the Members Section ( http://www.DVBViewer.com/members/ ) has nothing to do with username and pass you are using in the forum.

 

For the Members Section you need the Password and username you got by email as you purchased the DVBViewer pro.
