Configuration

Hi all

I want to setup a system with:

 

- 1 Server with skystar2 and a dvb-t usb stick with this functions:

. Stream dvb streams to 1 (up to 3) clients

. Do unattended scheduled recording saving file into his hd

 

1 (up to 3) clients to view dvb-s/dvb-t channels.

 

Whats the best choice between dvbserver, DVBViewer, recording service ?

(I'm a bit confused)

 

Currently I'm using:

-- On Server

. DVBServer

. DVBViewer with "unicast hardware" (with scheduler) to manage unattended recording

 

-- On Client

. DVBViewer with "unicast hardware" to view tv

 

This configuration works well but i need to use remote desktop or web interface to setup recording timers and both solutions need a running DVBViewer (on server).

 

Is it possible to use another configuration ? May "recording service" with netstream plugin be useful ?

 

Any suggestion will be appreciated
