mirc0n
Is there some way to assign priorities to different computers? I have main computer with 2xtuners, DVBServer and DVBViewer and secondary computer with DVBViewer. I want that main computer ALWAYS has the main priority. Is it possible to screw up main computer recordings by changing channels from secondary computer, or is it somehow protected? Or does all DVBViewers have same priviledges? I do not have real problem with this, I am just planning to build such a system at home and I am trying to figure out problems beforehand Is there any problem running two DVBServers on same computer? thanks Quote Link to comment
Moses
It should be the way, that, if one device is used by a client, then no other client can take that device away. (There was a time that didn't seem to work, iirc) Of course that can screw a recording, if the client that wants to record does find any free hardware... two dvbserver on same computer should be possible. But maybe a DVBViewer (for recordings) and a dvbserver on the same computer is a good idea, too? Quote Link to comment
