Satelco easywatch HDTV PCI DVB-S2 - problem with CI

I have the card in subject and i am not able to work with its common interface.

 

the driver is knc (kncbda32.sys 1.9.414.0).

 

it works with free channels but it is like common interface not active. (the menu option from CAM Menu is not active too).

 

i installed the module kncbdactrl.dll with DVBViewer but nothing changes.

 

if i use wdm driver, ci works with just the software capable of use the driver.

 

 

any help?
