DVBViewer sometimes stop to respond

Hi,

 

I'm using a Pro 3.9.4 version and sometimes, during channel switching the program stops to respond, video freezes and I must use alt+ctrl+del to kill it and start over.

Win XP Pro SP3 + Skystar2. VMR9 + ffdshow. Support.zip attached.

Btw. where I can find email to the support for licensed users?

Rename the Plugins folder to Plugins1 did it than still freezes?

Thanks, I'll try it but how renaming Plugins folder should help? I'm asking from coder's point of view.

If it helps a faulty plugin is the reason for the problem.

An by the way I'm not a coder. I helping here in my free time just for fun.

 

There is only one coder who earning money with the DVBViewer.

Still the same. I'd be suprised if this would be plugins fault as I used them with other dvb programs and had no problems at all.

Pleas start the DVBViewer via star menu > programs > DVBViewer > Support > DVBViewer Pro (Debug Mode) and wait for a freezes. Do this 3-4 Tims and than post a new support.zip.

Log attached. It was not always in debug mode but it freezed at least twice being in it.

You are still using Plugins and at lest on freeze is caused by a plugin.

If the tip from Griga did not help. Pleas post a debug.log where the DVBViewer freeze without plugins.

Thank You too. Which line number / date+time in debug.log shows that freeze is caused by a plugin?

Look for Start App one time the Plugin is the last one.

If the problem is not caused by a plugin. It should be easy to reproduce the problem without plugins
