error 0x80040154, no image

Hi,

 

my DVBViewer Pro (3.9.4.0) has been working just fine until recently when I got this error message (paraphrase): "Mediafile cannot be rendered: error 0x80040154. Class is not registered."

 

Recording works perfectly (audio+video), but when streaming I only get audio plus subtitles, no video at all. I'm using FireDTV (the hardware worked with no problems with another computer so the problem is definitely with DVBViewer or my computer).

 

I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer.

I couldn't edit my post, so here's the extra info:

 

TV-card: FireDTV DVB-C, driver 4.8.0.0

Mainboard: Asus NF7-SL v 2.0 (AMD)

Graphics card: ATI Radeon 7000, driver 8.252.0.0

You need a MPEG2 Video Decoder on your System.

There was MainConcept MPEG Video Decoder but now: (File is missing).

You can tray ffdshow as decoder or reinstall the MainConcept.

Thanks!! I couldn't get ffdshow to work with DVBViewer so in the end I installed the K-Lite Codec Pack, which did the trick..
