Problem with som HD channels

Hi im having some problems with some of my HD channels (not all).

They play fine for som time then the picture kind of freezes running a series of pictures that is repeeted continously sometimes blury (no problem with sound) A reload of graph fixes temporarly the problem.

On some ocasions the system hangs and need reboot.

 

TV Card Hauppage Wintv HVR 4000, Driverversion: 2.122.26109.0

GraphicsCard ATI Radeon HD 3200 (on mainboard) Driver package ver. 8.12

CPU usage 40-50 %

 

any help apreciated.
