calande
Hello, I'd like to know how stable DVBViewer is. I have tried three different DVB players for my DVB-T board but they all are very unstable, and crash very often. It's a pity I can't test DVBViewer for a week to see if it works fine Thanks, Quote Link to comment
Mr Rimmer
Hello, I'd like to know how stable DVBViewer is. It's a pity I can't test DVBViewer for a week to see if it works fine Thanks, I get occasional problems where sceduled recordings don't happen, with COM errors. However I am using DABDIG to mediate between DVBViewer and Digiguide so the error could be somehwere else. don't know about 4.0 yet. Quote Link to comment
calande
Thanks for sharing your experience. Are you using DVB-T or DVB-S? Anybody else would like to share and tell how stable DVBViewer is on their computer? Quote Link to comment
jf2020
Thanks for sharing your experience. Are you using DVB-T or DVB-S? Anybody else would like to share and tell how stable DVBViewer is on their computer? Rock solid here using DVB-S... Quote Link to comment
Devastation
Rock solid here using DVB-S... yes, rock solid. Use a good codec, beware of big codec packs (even if there are good ones out there) install only the needed codecs Spare plugins if not essential needed. and check if in the forum or DVBViewer homepage if your card is supported. akwaba
Really stable for me too. floppydtvs2 + vista1 + hd4850 + evr + sp powerdvd8. I was really in doubt, but i'm definitly convince in the stability of DVBViewer. Quote Link to comment

calande
This is true. I've used DVBViewer for more than a week and no crash so far. Thanks for your suggestion. Quote Link to comment
