dvbviewer 4.0 starts record immediatelt after running

any one can help

i have purchased DVBViewer 4.0 since i was watching mtv hd then computer goes off

and after start, it automatically goies to mtv hd and the rec. sign is on

i have to scan device and it make warning to me that time hsift is on , i stop it and then i can change the channels
