Save Manual Zooming Per Channel

Just a thought..

 

Would it be possible to add a feature to save manual zooming on a per channel basis as some channels never actually fit perfectly.

 

No matter what setting or configuration you are using.

I suggest Zoom default for TV (5% zoomed) and another aspect ratio default for video sush as divx (5% vertical streched)

Thanks for the reply. But I was thinking more along the lines of saving profiles for channels and file types for example. playing a divx I prefer to set my sharpness a little more and increase contrast a little.

 

Or on a channel that has cinema wide screen open the zoom to remove the two black bars and apply my predeified contrast brightness and colour settings. selecting one button.

 

basically selectable profiles for different channels and file types that define brightness contrast zoom settings.

Great idea.

I have a few channels that broadcast 16:9 content in 4:3 letterboxed, and on those channels I use zoom.
