Windows 7 - no renderer?

I've tried running the DVBViewer in Windows 7 OS, and after successfully scanning channels, I get the following error when selecting channels:

 

Cannot load Source Filter, error: 0x80040154 class not registered

I've tried changing the decoder selection in Settings>Options>Direct X>Mpeg 2 Video Decoder but to no avail. Any other ideas?

Just install the DVBViewer correctly.
