kapa Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 Hi, I have Geforce 7600 GT display card with hdmi, dvi and component outputs. When I try to play certain DVD:s using clone display with hdmi and component the DVBViewer hangs. If I try to play the same DVD using Windows Media player 11 I get the following error message: "Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because it is not possible to turn on analog copy protection on the output display. Try installing an updated driver for your video card." If I play the content using HDMI and DVI the playback is ok. (both DVBViewer and Media player) The problem is in my hardware, but I was wondering if these situations could be handled (and correct error messages showed to user) by DVBViewer?
