Hi all

certainly an aberation from me, but i have a stupid problem with dvbveiwer :

> no problem for viewing TV or DVD from DVBViewer (i'm using powerdvd8 decoder in DVBViewer).

> therefore, how can i open a divx, xvid or anything else directly in DVBViewer ? When i do "open video", i can heard sound but absolutly no image. I thought it was because i haven't any other decoder than powerdvd8, so i download and install klite codecpack on my vista sp1, but dvbviewr still incapable to show me my vidéo files.

I don't know where is the problem. Do i have to install the klite codecs "in" DVBViewer ? it is because i'm using EVR (best result for me with catalyst and TV) ?

does have to do something special when installing klite codecs (i've installed "playback only")?

I need your help, because i want to do ALL exclusively with this fabulous DVBViewer !

best regard's

Ok, i find it.

In fact the problem was that in EVR mode, absolutly no video appear :( (if you aren't agree with this tell me how you can do that).

so i put on "video B" overlay mixer with ffdshow decoder and now DVBViewer is able to show all my divx, xvid etc etc. but 2 problem :

> first, i suppose without EVR, that it's a software decode and not the one from my HD4850 (therefore my PC seems power enough)

> second, i have to choice video A when watching TV / dvd or video B when watching movie...not really waf compatible

any solutions ?
