Thank You for your answer BTW, I think this program is much better than the other. However, even Totalmedia supports analog but why this program doesn't? Quote Link to comment

Benarty
analog transmissions arre doomed to stop. Terestrial analog transmissions are not more available here in Belgium and is replaced with DVB-T transmissions. For example: One satellite transponder can deal with one analog channel. The same transponder can send up to 10 digital channels so commercial seen, digital is the way to go. This counts also for cable access or terrestrial. And even DVB-S2/C2,T2 looks more promising . drnop
Hello, no analog. The DVBViewer only support DVB or ATSC transmissions. Hi, I am confused, I asked on a Swedish forum http://www.tystpc.nu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4025 and some very thrustworthy guys said it would work : using both digital FireDTV-C and Analog tuner (for cable) using DVBViewer. One guys specifically says it works with Hauppauge WinTV. ( Note that it is really the same antenna cable that sends both digital pay TV and free analogue channels, I would like to record one whilst watching another ). Quote Link to comment
