FCTurtle Posted February 28, 2009 Share Posted February 28, 2009 Hello, I have a Terratec Cinergy S2 HD PCI. I've bought DVBViewer PRO. I used to watch satellitle with DVBViewer Pro v3 - V4. All was working geat. I watch pay channel with Common Interface and Aston Crypt v2.19 module. Some days ago, it has become impossible to watch any channel again, I have a black screen all the time. I've formated my PC, totally, installed nothing but latest drivers for all my hardware, and just DVDViewer Pro v4, fresh install. But I have the same problem. It only happens when I have the Aston Crypt module inserted !!! When I remove the CI module, I can watch free to air channels without problem, but If I insert the module into CI again, and try to use it on a pay channel, then I will get a black screen for ALL channels, including free to air. Tested my subscriber card into my provider box, the rights are correctly loaded into the card. I tried to reach my CAM with the "Show cam" but nothing is listed in it. Wanted to check for an update. EnzoF1 Posted March 1, 2009 Share Posted March 1, 2009 Are you sure that the encoding protocol didn't change for your provider¿ As an example, if they went from IRDETO to IRDETO2 or something similar. I'm not sure which protocols your CAM supports, but it sounds to me as if your CAM can't decode the streams anymore... Quote Link to comment
