Problems when restart Windows - No video and sound

I´m having problems when I restart my HTPC.

Every time I restart the computer i´ve to use rebuild to show video + sound.

This problem doesn´t happen when i start DVBViewer again without restarting.

What´s wrong???

My system:

Athlon 64 X2 4800+

Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2 (video onboard HD3200) + Catalyst 9.2

2 GB DDR2 800mhz

Windows Vista 32bits portuguese updated
