aydan
Hi, i suggest a new entries in the "Do after recording" list: - Pause DVBViewer And another thing: is it possible to pause/unpause rendering without disrupting the recording? If so, it would be nice to have this option in the record settings, too. Bye Aydan Edited February 4, 2004 by aydan Quote Link to comment
Griga
is it possible to pause/unpause rendering without disrupting the recording? No. The recorded data is retrieved from the filter graph. Pause stops the filter graph --> no more data. However, there is one possibility. That's how it works: - Use the DVBViewer filter - Pause - Start a TS (transport stream) recording with the Video Recorder Plugin - Stop recording - Unpause In this case no filter is involved in delivering the data. Switching pause on/off *while* recording resulted in some lost TS packets - obviously starting/stopping the graph kept my PC too busy. It *may* work, if you've got a very fast PC, and if you play a bit with the priority settings... give it a try and let me know. Griga Quote Link to comment
aydan
Hi, Is there a way to build a filter where the output can be switched on and off, that goes between the recorder filter and the rendering? Bye Aydan Quote Link to comment
