Hi everyone, i have a small problem which i havent seen before, all channels marked with encryption orange lock a box shows saying " NO HARDWARE AVAILABLE " ? in channel properties the ENCRYTED box is unticked also,

 

My system is a clean install of windows x64, running new version of 4.0.0 DVBViewer, my card is the hauppauge hvr 4000,

 

any ideas,
