lutikka Posted April 12, 2009 Share Posted April 12, 2009 Hi there, I had a bit of trouble installing DVB Recording Service (1.4.7.10) because the installer kept complaining about a missing path to msxml3.dll. The solution is to delete the msxml3.dll that comes with DVBViever (in DVBViewer directory), relogin to Windows and run the setup again, IF you have already msxml3.dll in your Windows\System32 directory. Which you probably do. Alternatively, you can try to unblock the DLL (right click the DLL => properties) and run the setup again. The reason for this is probably, because Vista SP1 (and probably XP SP3) does not allow you to run the msxml3.dll in the DVBViewer directory, because it has been "copied from an another computer" as Microsoft puts it.
