OSD Advice

When I use my remote control up and down controls the OSD scrolls through the channels and shows the "now and next" programmes. If I stop scrolling it changes to that channel.

 

Is there any way that I can make it so that it scrolls through the channels, but doesn't automatically change to the channel when I stop scrolling, but only tunes to that channel if I hit OK or times out and clears the OSD if I do not hit OK.
