ianpatrick
I am from Hong Kong. I am a newbie of DVBViewer 4.0. My DVBViewer 4.0 would shut down suddenly when I was trying to switch the TV chanel from general program to HD program or from HD to general program. My note book is SONY VGN-CR32G/W with Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor T2370. Anyone can help me? Quote Link to comment

Tjod
I think that there is a typing error in user name or password. There is a Bug in Version 4.0.0 so that there is no message in this case. Please reinstall the DVBViewer and make sure that you use exact the Data from the eMail (case sensitivity). Quote Link to comment

I have just re-installed the program. But it is no help at all. I am very sure the password is correct as I used the copy and paste function. I have attached the error message dialog box picture and the new support.zip for your review. The problem mostly happen when i am trying to switch the TV channel, especially when it involves High Density TV Thanks in advance support.zip Quote Link to comment

Mr. Man-wai Chang
I have the solution now. After installing the Cyberlink Video Decoder, the problem is solved. Thanks for your help! Could it be the codecs you chose in DirectX options of DVBViewer? DVBViewer had no connection nor dependency on Cyberlink Video Decoder as far as I knew.... Quote Link to comment
