error 0x8007007E kann Source Filter nicht laden

so leute habe das problem mit der fehlermeldung beseitigt und ales noch mal neu instaliert nun bekomme ich diese fehlermeldung

kann Source Filter nicht laden, error 0x8007007E das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden

von DVBViewer und die fernbedinung funzt imer noch nicht helft mir bitte ist überhaup noch jemand in diesem forum????
