This feature is very useful but most cases when program details is only one short sentence it is shown in twice. In the OSD EPG there is no issue with programs details. -- 4.0 changes clip -- Change: OSD Timeline: OSD-OK on a program entry now shows the details of the program. -- 4.0 changes clip -- I'm using 4.1 now and it has also this same issue. glebe Posted June 1, 2009 Share Posted June 1, 2009 Exactly the same problem. EPG descriptions are written twice in OSD-OK window (dialogInfo.xml) and Favourites window (myChannels.xml). Favourites window in 3.9.4 does have the same problem, OSD-OK does not present in 3.9.4. No problem for myEPG.xml and mytvguide.xml. As I discovered they use variables #EPG.description and #TV.Guide.Description while problematic dialogInfo.xml and mychannels.xml don't. For example, mychannels.xml uses TextOffsetXx and TextOffsetYx for placing time, title and description. So you cannot specify the text, you can only specify offsets and colors. But description generated by this method is incorrect. Quote Link to comment
