White flash when changing channel.

I just noticed a strange thing with 4.1.

When I change the channel, I see a quick flash of a white screen.

It's quite annoying. Especially at night time, when there isn't a lot of ambient light.

Anybody else noticed this?

I'm running:

Windows Vista 32, Aero

Ati 4350, newest CCC.

PowerDVD 9 codec for DVB-C.

Also sometimes I get thick white lines on the bottom and left side of the screen, when switching from windowed mode to full screen.

Thanks.

So nobody else is having this problem?

I'm also experiencing some judder with 4.1.

So I'd like to install 4.0 again.

But I don't have it downloaded anymore and I can't seem to find it anywhere!

Where can I download it??

I have the same issue.

When fullscreen and change channels using keyboard shortcut keys. The screen will have white flash (<0.3s), but annoying.

64-bit Windows Vista/ Aero / EVR /PDVD9 video filters (MPGE2&H.264) DxVA enabled / ATI 4850

DVBViewer 4.0 has the same issue here. So I think you don't need to downgrade from 4.1 to 4.0.

We only need fix..

Hi,

I did find the setup.exe for 4.0 from my nas.

And I don't have the flash on 4.0.

I think it's quite strange to not have 4.0 downloadable from the members section.

Some older releases are, but not 4.0.

And also the thing that every release is named setup.exe.

It could be a bit more informative to name them like "DVBViewer 4.0 Setup.exe" or something else then just plain setup.exe.
